China Business Visa Requirement: |

1. Your Passport:
You must send your actual passport, which must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.
First time applicants who previously held passports from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau must submit copy of previous passports.
American born children of Chinese descent must provide copy of birth certificate and copy of parents’ passport and green card when applying for the first time.
Non-US passport holders must provide copy of green card or valid US visa.
2. Visa Application Form:
Download, Complete Online print and sign it, one form per applicant;
3. Photograph:
One recent passport style photo that is professionally taken and printed. This is in addition to the picture on your passport;
4. Invitation Letter:
An invitation letter from a Chinese company or a business letter from your own company on your company letterhead; Non-US passport holders must provide official invitation letter issued from authorized Chinese government agency. |

**For US passport holders, the Chinese Consulate charges the same fee for all types of visas. Therefore we’ll automatically obtain 12-month multiple entry business visas for all our clients except in certain special-case situations.
